Knowledge is Power

(I had this dream in February of 2004)

I step outside of my front door, and I seemed surprised to notice that my house it built high upon a hill. I notice that there is not much walkway from my house to the edge of the yard, and that even the sloping sides of the yard are mine as well.

I walk to the edge of my sloping yard to see all kinds of creatures grazing upon my hill. This made me feel like this is what I am supposed to do. I am to protect these creatures from the cruel earth that does not care for them.

I see men dressed in Uniforms coming to the base of my hill. They yell out, "This that you are doing, is against the Law! Remove all these Animals from the Property, of we will Arrest you!" I then ask, "Why is my Caring for These Creatures, on My Property; against the Law?" They then called me down and said, "Come with us, and we will Show you!"

I followed them into a Very Dark City. Then just as I entered the City, they were gone. I began walking down the streets. I could see many people living on the streets. I remember thinking, "These Poor People are Being Treated like Animals!" I even think I saw someone attempting to eat their own child. I walked up to a couple and their child. I said to the child, "Would you like something to eat?" And the little girl replied, "Yes, and could I please have a new pair of shoes?"

It was very strange, I walked up to the couple and was getting ready to tell them that I was going to feed their child, when they saw me, they just said to the little girl, "Go have some Fun! Just go!"

Just then I saw the Men in Uniform coming, so I told the little girl to jump onto my back. And just as the men were about to grab us, I began to fly high above the Dark City.

As I was still flying with the Little Girl on my back, I could see just below my feet a building that was all lit up. I asked the Little Girl, "Do you know what this Building is?" She replied, "Why yes! This is the School and this is also where you can get everything you Need!"

For some strange reason, I flew down to see if this place might be able to help me take care of this Little Girl. And I also had the feeling that this Little Girl was going to be with me for a long time and that I must care for her.

I enter the double glass doors, with the Little Girl holding my hand. I asked her, "So, what do we do now?" She said, "We must enter that waiting line, over there." And just as we close to that line, the Uniformed Men came and told me that they must take the child to the other line. The Little Girl let go of my hand, and as she walked away with the Men in Uniform, she said, "Don't worry, this is part of the Registration."

She is now out of my sight, and I am almost to the front of my line. I am listening to the questions being asked the person ahead of me. "Do you have your National ID? That's ok, we can get you all set up right away. Just provide us with a blood and urine sample and you will receive our New National ID today!"

I remember thinking as I watched them use a Large Needle on the Person ahead of me, "Why such a Large Needle? And why are they taking blood from the Hand?" Then, I turned and asked the person behind me, "Do you know about what's going on here?" And he said, "Yes, this is just part of the Registration to get your New National ID, to Enroll in this School and to Receive All that You Need. Just think about it; No More Cards to loose, no more Cash to get Stolen, no more Paper Work to fill out, no more wondering when you will get to Eat; This Mark will take care of All that! And I hear that this is the Best School in the World! Lady, don't you know? KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!"

I was somehow able to get out of the line, without being noticed. And all I wanted to do is find that Little Girl and save her from taking THE MARK OF THE BEAST!
